Never forget that those narcissistic, self-anointing words escaped the lips of the Laker’s point guard in reference to himself.

And he said TWO TIMES.

LINK

quote:

That one right there made me the greatest player of all time. That's what I felt. I was just super, super ecstatic to win one for Cleveland because of the 52-year [championship] drought...The first wave of emotion, where everyone saw me crying, like, that was all for 52 years of everything in sports going on in Cleveland.”

"And then, after I stopped I was like, shhh...That one right there made you the greatest player of all time. Everybody was just talking, how they were the greatest team of all time, like, they was the greatest team ever assembled. And for us to come back, you know, the way we came back in that fashion, I was like...you did something special."

Lakers media here in SoCal is melting down over the Clippers.

You complain about an athlete being boastful and narcistic in your post, and then also champion for MJ

I always get a kick outta how he totally ignores that golden state was a 50 win team In the health they were in at the summation of that series.

Lebron You don’t get credit for beating a 73 win team whenever they are so banged up they are playing Andy varejao in the second half of a game 7. the injuries were massive to them that season. Almost as bad as they were this year, but not quite that bad.

Are you going to turn into Boom now, make every conversation about the Clippers when the topic has nothing to do with them?

MJ during his HOF speech:

When Jordan, who is divorced from his longtime wife Juanita, brought up his three children, he told them he felt sorry for them, because of the tall shadow they have to live with.

A little narcissistic to spend your HOF speech talking about how your kids won't ever match you?

Great athletes are basically all narcissistic and arrogant. Ask LeBron if he's better than MJ and he'll think so. Ask MJ if he's better and he'll think so. Ask JR Smith if he's better than LeBron and MJ and he'll think so.

And then he promptly tossed them to the fricking curb

By promptly, do you mean after taking them to two more finals in 2017 and 2018?

I do. If he is so in love with Cleveland, he wouldn't have left twice.

It all seemed fake to me.

I'd say "act like you've been there before" but you haven't. A free-agent signing is the closest thing you've had to any kind of success with the Clips.

This is the first time a good player has chosen the Clips of his own volition. So have at it brother.

Is this the series where he pulled off a 3-1 comeback against a 73 win team after Love missed game 3 while leading both teams in points, rebounds, assists, blocks, and steals?

It’s weird that a competitive athlete would think he was the best ever after something like that.

You say this unchecked all the time.

Let’s dive into it.

First, why do you think they’d be reduced to a 50 win team?

After game 6 that series lebron was on camera talking about how injured GOAT was. He said they were “fricked up physically”. For him to acknowledge their injuries and then still say what he did is more than a little disingenuous. He KNEW they were limping around out there. And still didn’t miss out on the chance to crown himself.

1-8 is the more apt comparison of how lebron compares to GSW.

That was easily the laziest and most disingenuous answer you’ve ever given to a question

I’m asking you why you think they lose so few games.
