Go take a look at the comments on the Lone Star Ball article. Didn't realize there were so many snowflakes in Dallas.

Thats always the issue i have with all of these kinds of things. It just shows how dumb it all is.

They won’t allow the scoreboards to be used in my kid’s baseball league. How hard would it be to wipe down the control panel between games and only allow one person in the scorer’s box per game? The inconsistency and lack of logic of the protocols is insane.

The Rangers are going to be 2010-2013 Astros level bad this year. The Rangers are lucky that fans will just want to go to a game after being denied the chance for the last 2 years otherwise the product on the field will keep fans away

The Pirates will be that bad. Texas will be a basement dweller unless some of the young arms start to develop sooner than expected just because their rotation is bottom 5, but their bats have shown the ability to get hot for stretches and win them some games. Shouldn't be any different than the team they share a parking lot with, most nights will be who can score the most. The real test on their attendance will be post trade deadline if they decide to move Gallo for some prospects to build for the future, because he is the hometown hot ticket.

High school wrestling: you can graple for 6 minutes straight but god forbid you shake hands after.

High school Basketball: You can post each other up under the rim but god forbid you tip the ball off before the game.

It's all political theater.

It seems most of them also proudly mentioned they moved away already. Good riddance

Yeah, I was listening to a Cubs Podcast and they were shocked and livid. I quickly disengaged when it became apparent they were not going to talk about Cubs baseball and of course I'm all in favor of what the Rangers are doing.

We've capitulated to the nonsense long enough. Time to stop perpetuating it.
