Who is ‘we’?

The residents of Arlington also started losing their shite when rumors of a downtown stadium started circulating. As far as I’ve heard everyone is happy the team is staying there.

There’s just not a lot of excitement around here about the new stadium

What

Everyone is esctatic about it who actually watches the team. They are sad to leave be Globe but everyone who actually attends games can’t wait to do so in the AC during the summer.

Texas Live is also incredible.

Do you live in Arlington? I have literally not heard a single opinion like yours from a fan regarding the project.

I mean I’m sure it took 45-48 minutes I just rounded the time.

I still very much doubt it did. Again, I mapped it out on Waze. I live about 20 miles closer than Rowlett and at 3:30 the time estimate was 41 minutes. From where I live to get to downtown Rowlett would also take 35-40+ minutes depending on the time of day. I don't see how the drive you made could be possible unless you drove 90+ the entire time which I don't see happening at that time of day due to traffic. I'm not even including the time it takes to park and get into the stadium.

I have zero reason to go to shitty Arlington.

I would actually buy season tickets if they had built where I said I wished they did.

More money in North Dallas and more families with money.

It’s either this or peak pricing for certain teams coming to town.

If the only series that sells out is the Yankees, they are going to get their money one way or another.

Really stupid. All this might do is prevent Yankees fans from going to the game. Those lost sales won’t be replaced by Rangers fans.

However if you get an area Yankees fan into the stadium and they enjoy the experience they may come back for a non-Yankees game.

Personally I am looking to make it to Houston or Dallas when the Red Sox come to town Definitely wouldn’t go if I had to buy extra tickets when I don’t live in the area

Rangers fans are made about the organization wanting them to go to more games... my God it’s embarrassing to be a fan of the Rangers when shite like this happens.

Guess we aren’t a “Baseball Town” after all if people want to complain about going to games.

Is the final game in this stadium really that big of a deal to people? It’s not even old in stadium years
