Wow, the refs screwed USC. Didn't allow for substitution... And then called 12 men on the field on a review, when the guy was off the field but his feet hadn't hit the ground.
Are we know going to call penalties on review now, when the review was to see whether the Wazzu QB stepped out of bounds.
