Del Valle is about to BLOW UP. Several tech companies including Tesla are changing the scene. Use to be lower income, but now trendy tech community. Only 15 minutes from downtown Austin.

I’d be doing truancy interventions if I go there
For the state it would be getting kids set up for appointments making sure they have therapies needed or doctors in place
I just contacted a realtor and lender yesterday to find something simple for me until mama and MJ can move down I don’t want to pull him out of his district and away from his grandparents until he’s older
