I'm pretty sure it does stop for the chain gang to move the sticks. Once they move the sticks, then it starts up again. They kept it rolling while the chain gang was moving on the first 1st down of the drive. Go back and rewind on TV to the first pass.

Great game by Penix and Co. What surprised me the most was the Washington defense. Whole team played really well.
