Yep, it's why prices/concessions, etc only go up in price and not down.
We loved tailgating and going to games, but as we got older determined that spending 12 hours away from home was no longer worth the time or money when I can watch games from the comfort of my living room and avoid the weather, the unruly idiots who drink too much, etc.
