Allen is so desperate to be a celebrity on the level of Joe, that he’s dating one, while Joe, dates his college sweetheart. Joe also plays the game the right way, while Allen just tries to make the ESPN Top 10 Highlights all game. Hence the reason why the Bengals dominated the Bills twice last season. Made their bum asses quit twice. Also, bonus fact, Josh Allen only started playing well as a professional after he started training with Joe Burrow in the offseason in 2020. Rookie “celebrity”, Joe Burrow taught Josh Allen how to play QB.

Holy shite lol

I don't know about all of that, but I will say that these analysts or so-called experts or whatever they call them are always blowing Justin Herbert's horn. You swear he was better than Joe Burrow with how they always are putting him up there with the QBs. Just last week they were saying something about they wouldn't be surprised if he won mvp this season.

The canned trained response js you never ever talk about another players money, and you especially never talk about them taking less. He did the exact opposite of the trained response

Seems like this next draft has a lot of receiver prospects

Burrow burning the bengals. I’m glad Allen took a way more team friendly deal. Leader vs celebrity

classic dummy take.

QBs on Burrow’s level make WRs. Draft a rookie on the cheap, Tee Higgins is irrelevant.

That's silly. He's a very good player

Players do it all the time. Him saying Joe isn't too worried about it is because he knows Joe is going to get a mega deal.

And he never talked about him taking less. That's your interpretation. Jamaar is saying his contract will be set up to keep some talent and saying that he wants to keep the team around him is the canned trained response you don't understand.

he is good, no doubt about it.

and…i’m sure there’s a WR in the next draft class who is capable of replacing his production.

And that's what you do when you have a top 2 qb in the league. You replace his talent at the skill position with younger cheap talent.

”I think my (extremely high profile)quarterback is gonna take less money so he can keep me and Tee” is the exact opposite of canned.

bullshite. That’s a function of contract timing. Furthermore, it’s not his job to make sure his teammates get paid. Do you take less money at your job so someone else can get more money? I don’t think so.

He also said "keep some of the team". Obviously he caught himself slipping a little bit. It's not really a big deal.

exactly. when you have a top 5, even top 10 Quarterback. You pay them. The alternative is losing and losing a lot, while burning draft picks hoping you land a top 10 QB. odds are, you won’t.

I m3an his numbers are similar to what he put up the season without Burrow and he's been a #2 since Chase got drafted. Dude would be a #1 on a lot of teams.
