Makes it look like he has a ball sac to me and is not going to put up with being pissed on. And it sends a very clear message to the Jets that he is done with them and they can trade or release him so he can go somewhere that will give him a shot.

And you are clueless. Tebow played his role all year as THE BACKUP playing anywhere they asked, then when they make a change they pass him over.
If they keep saying he is the backup, then he should be that guy. If he ain't, they should have made that clear to him. Obviously they lied to him all year.
He did everything that was asked of him all year as the backup, then they shite on him. The Jets/Ryan are to blame here.
