I have no depth at middle infield to be trading my two keepers away. And yeah, I wasn't expecting Morneau plus CC, although I'd do that and throw in Randy Johnson for you.

Heres my rankings: i ranked everyone's pitching and hitting from 1 to 16 in each category. 1 being tops in the league: 16 being worst. I didnt comment on the teams, because i figured the rankings would fuel some debate.
Hitting is the first ranking; Pitching 2nd
Red- 9+13
Boo- 8+8
Sox- 13+5
Knat- 10+16
Rouge- 3+1
Geaux- 2+2
Cwill- 4+6
Lester- 1+4
Ron- 7+3
Nobes- 15+14
Port- 12+12
Slump- 6+9
Clams- 5+15
GoodFellas- 16+7
Rick- 14+10
TTE- 11+11

the one thing with rankings in fantasy baseball is that pitching will vary based on how many guys you have on your bench

i dont know what that means, but i did this all on looking at the rosters and basing on my opinion.
No plugging numbers into a robot dog.
I measured quality more than quantity, though i did look at the quality of depth, if that makes sense
