That's a little misleading though. The Heisman tropy winning QB threw for 360 yards and 5 TDs, and they scored 47 points in just 3 Quarters!

Yep and our QB threw for 251 yrds and 4 TD while leading his team to 48 pts of total scoring in only 3 qtrs while on the road in his first game as a starter.
Our D has gotten better since that time.

Our program needs this more than yours
(although i do think TCU wins) 8-4 with a bowl appearance is huge for Tech but this season has been a bit of a heartbreaker in a way.
~Southern Miss game was a nailbiter and could have gone the other way if not for the weather
~Houston should have been a W. 34-7 at home should never turn into a loss.
~Moo State should have been a W too if not for some questionable play calling in the final 3 minutes with a freshman QB.
That was the difference between an 8-4 season and a truly special 11-1 season.

Dykes just agreed to a raise and contract extension, to stay with Tech. Now we just need that victory tonight to make the day complete! It's time to cook up some frog legs!
