This is a lie, but the one fake story you told was against the law and could have been reported to Wake Forrest compliance.

But everyone here knows your full of shite so there was no point

Nope. Here is the thread. Sorry you forgot. I would say you are lying claiming I’m an agent but you would never do that

That's nice - but not that much $ based on his FL contract. .22 %.

Brother, that is explicitly against the law in North Carolina if you aren’t a registered agent. So as was shown to you in the original thread, you either broke the law (which Wake Forrest wouldn’t engage in because this is 099 level stuff) or you just made a bunch of shite up and got called out.

And you’re so fricking insane and narcissistic you’re still defending it

It is 100% not against the law you fricking moron

Tell me how connecting someone is against the law? Please walk us through it Mingo

It’s literally “pride, I see you graduated and played with Xs coach. Do ylu know what he is looking for and can you connect us? “

“Of course”

You are saying that’s breaking the law. You have stooped to new clown levels I still CONTINUALLY do that for multiple people. Don’t lock me up Mingo

According to the NIL Law, if you act as an agent in North Carolina, you must register with the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State unless you are exempt. To be exempt, you must be one of the following:

The student-athlete's spouse, parent, sibling, or guardian; or
One acting only on behalf of a professional sports team or organization; or
A licensed NC attorney, who is a resident of NC, represents no more than two student-athletes, and who does not advertise or claim you are qualified to represent student-athletes.

Yeah, you had 7 days to register or say you couldn’t do it, or you completely misrepresented what you did in the original thread

No you don’t, but it may not be illegal where you aren’t doing it. You walked yourself to the gallows and hanged yourself in that thread, there’s coming back from that

Soliciting an NIL deal between a coach and a player is quite literally the definition of an agent

I actually don’t believe you’re this dumb, which honestly makes you look worse. I don’t even really give a shite if you lie on the internet, it’s not that serious. But youre an insane person and will continue to defend the lie once your caught

And how is connecting two people doing this?

You can’t be real mingo. Connecting a mutual party is acting as an agent to you. The players literally have their OWN AGENT that negotiate the deals, broker the terms, etc. You know, the person getting paid…

You have lost your mind over this.

I find it amusing as hell you are so jealous of me you think a former college tennis player and coach, would know people and know about multiple NIL deals and often times connect two mutual parties

It’s crazy that burns you with irrational hatred over something so unimportant

It doesn’t matter if it is to me or not, but it most certainly does to the state of North Carolina. That’s the part you don’t seem to understand about your made up story

So again, you either completely misrepresented what you did in the original thread, completely made it up (most likely), or broke the law and put not only a student athlete but Wake Forrest in harms way.

I don’t give a shite, it just shows how insane and narcissistic you are.

The Joe Burrow thread was just weird, this is some straight mental illness shite

let’s see

What Counts as “Acting as an Agent” in North Carolina NIL

quote:

In North Carolina, a person is considered to be acting as an agent if they directly or indirectly represent a student-athlete for NIL purposes in any of the following ways:

1. Negotiating NIL Contracts

You are acting as an agent if you:
• Negotiate compensation, terms, or deliverables with a business
• Counteroffer on price, length, or scope of an NIL deal
• Structure payment terms (flat fee, bonuses, equity, etc.)

This is what you said. So, for the third time, you either completely misrepresented your roll in the original thread and don’t know a damn thing about the actual finances of the NIL deal or what you just said makes you an agent in North Carolina because you either “directly or indirectly, recruit(sic) or solicit(sic) a student-athlete to enter into an agency contract.”

Your entire premise in the original thread is you knew the exact finances of NIL deals in tennis… because you helped broker them

Directly from my post in original thread on what I have done with NIL deals

quote:

ex teammates and friends are head coaches now as well as some running top tennis academies around the world

When I am the link between these sets of people I help put the parties together

Sorry mingo And yes I do know the terms of pretty much all of them as well. Can that get me arrested too?

Hell this will really blow your mind, I know about roughly 50 tennis nil deals right now. Most which I had nothing to do with at all

Weird tangent on this thread. But I think the point is, Sumrall has zero obligations to Tulane and yet still makes this gesture. However "inconsequential" to some, to me it's a sign of strong character. I wish him the best and appreciate the NIL money!
