Is that Ben Franklin thing legit? If so 
That thing is hideous! and very much corny. I really wish they would just go back to the Iverson logo/unis, I prefer those personally.

No, he was yapping about people who want to make the "were young" excuse for the warriors this year when they lose and said that mark Jackson didn't get that get out of jail free card because they were young

Stephen A. sucks, and he didn't call Ben Franklin corny, and big deal if he did because Ben Franklin is a bit corny in a basketball context. The whole logo scheme is corny/cheezy/kitchy because that's an effective marketing theme in basketball.
At least something purposefully cheezy can be found in the marketing strategy/package of most teams:
Pelicans
Celtics
