Word on the street is Chiefs/Steelers moving to Sunday night. Ice storm!!! NFL to have official announcement and specifics soon.

Has the Ice storm even started? Last I heard from few friends up that way it was still not doing anything.
If they get what is expected there could be some serious power outages though.

Depends on where you are at. The biggest problems for the Kansas City area will begin late tonight and occur through tomorrow (Saturday).

It's actually not supposed to start until Saturday night into Sunday afternoon in KC now.
This is huge. I'm driving up 3 hours for the game and I was very worried about making it. I know thousands of others were in the same boat because tickets were down to $25.

NBC got themselves a Sunday night playoff game out of it. Nice little ratings boost into a timeslot when fans are used to clicking over to watch.

Not sure how MLK day will impact it. Maybe people on vacation will hurt it but not having to work Monday will let everyone stay up to watch

Yeah, whole state is getting hammered, and it's not supposed to be done till Sunday.
And while a lot of it is missing st.Louis right now, it's buttfarking us in the Burbs(South Of St.Louis) of SoCo and Jefferson County.
At least 1/3 inch of ice on car. And with rain coming in between, it makes the shite worse. Rain just washes the salt and shite away, and then stays and freezes on the spot the salt was.
Salted the drive way and back steps 3 times already, gave up, ill wait till later. Almost through 1 bag of salt for each.
