It wouldnt surprise me to see him back as a Leaf and to do well there, there is a big Czech community in Toronto and he really did feel at home there....

If anyone needs a hockey fix before tomorrow nights game, Aeros vs. B-Sens in Binghampton tonight. Calder Cup Finals. 7 East 6 central.

So if you take 31 away they are 5/36 or 13%. Which is not horrific but not good. If they go 2/4 next few PP, theyre back to 20% not counting rd 1. I still say Pernell and G-Force is in their head

ETA: it is making me sick to defend anything Bruins, I hope Claude Julien falls off the bench and Alain Vigneault forgets how to breathe.

SMS that 5 on 3 for almost 2 full minutes told the tale...Bruins are are not gonna come back with a 50% PP against the Nucks i appreciate the effort but common man' I predict they score 1 PP goal in this final

Game 1 of the NHL finals this year got higher ratings in Boston than Game 1 of the NBA Finals last year (which had the Celtics in it) #twitter

1 million more Canadians watched game 7 of the Boston TB series than all of America, this in spite of the fact Canada has only 37 million people and no dog in that fight. We have a long way to go in America for hockey to be the 3rd or 4th sport

Some of us grew up with Hockey as Sport Number 2 behind Baseball. Over time football eclipsed it. (Yeah basketball is Number 4 in our hearts) We grew up deaming of watching Hockey Night in Canada etc. Back in the 6 team league.

My point is there are a lot of Hockey Nuts but it is still to a great percentage, a largly regional sport in the US despite Mr. Bettman. I would state that College Baseball is bigger in La. than Hockey.
