Except the Olympics aren't even on right now. And the last time the summer Olympics took place, I'm fairly sure the conference finals were still shown on NBC on the weekend.
And I doubt this is the first time the US Open took place out West. I figured the players at the top of the leaderboard teed off later in the day. So a noon start for the NHL game could have happened. I guess I am underestimating the popularity of golf though. It will never be on my radar, but maybe I'm in the minority.

The trials are also n. Have you not paid attention? They show at least 8 to 10 hours re of overage the contract calls for it. Really are you just being out of the loop purposely or what?remember that NBC had to renegotiate after Fox bailed on their USGA contract.

I haven't been watching much when I'm working 6 nights a week. Aside from the playoffs, I'm not watching any TV. I must be in the minority, but trials don't move the needle for me. I don't even know anyone in my family that care about the Olympics anymore.

That was probably Olzysk. The reason he was so emotional is because he had to fight off cancer himself two or three years ago.
