I live in Baltimore, work in DC. The thing is that most Caps fans are decent enough human beings. Been a great buzz here in the city - it semi-reminds me of when I was in NOLA during the Saints run.

If the Redskins ever make a run it will be the apocalypse.

Hey now. Most of us 'Skins fans are decent human beings too. Those of us that aren't in our 20's have seen a Super Bowl win. We aren't the Brown. Or the Falcons.

Joking with the Falcons dig. Too many friends who are Falcons fans and like to tout their superiority over a franchise with 3 Lombardi trophies.

What about a Franchise with 5 and one that is most valuable in North American Sports?

frick the 'Girls.

Also, the 'Skins are right up there every year as far as most valuable franchise goes. 'Girls have been underachievers since Aikman was knocked out by LaVar Arrington.

I'm not celebrating that at all though, because that gave us the combination of Troy Aikman and Joe Buck. That combo is an abomination and should never be allowed to call 'Girls games. Ever.

I enjoyed most of the rest of Western Europe far more... which is why I traveled any time that I got a chance.

Just in from Toshiba Plaza. First time that I ever got a tan and had to fight off dehydration watching a hockey game.

Caps are seriously outplaying VGK right now. The score really should have been more like 5-1 or 6-1. Not pushing the proverbial panic button yet but VGK need to find another gear and quickly. They almost have to face Monday night as an elimination game. They've been extremely resilient all season but going down 3-1 in the Finals would be insanely tough to overcome.

That said, I'm still cautiously optimistic. The lie hasn't been exposed just yet.

ETA: Current Game 4 / series odds:

Game 4:

VGK even

Capitals - 120

Total 5 1/2

Series:

VGK +180

Capitals -210

Maybe you can see the Cup in person if Washington wins and Grubauer takes it to Germany

It looked awesome last night! Love how passionate everyone is. This city is starved.

As much as I loved Ireland, I’m ready to get back home and live this series in person.

Let’s go Caps!!!

Pansy. But yeah me too. Probably. There’s so many fine women out at Toshiba Plaza so I wanna go out there and make a sign that says “I’m single and have an extra ticket to game 5”.

In retrospect, I shoulda went the pansy route. I got talked into going out there because I thought, meh...I used to work outside in this weather for hours on end. I can hack it.

Our bodies age and weaken over time but our egos, not so much.

I don't know why they don't open T Mobile. I'm not aware of any events there, save for Game 5 on Thursday. Also, we have MGM Garden Arena as well as Thomas & Mack / Cox Pavilion, so it's not like we're lacking for options.

That was the first Stanley Cup game I've ever truly enjoyed. Never a doubt, honestly. The Caps keeping making silly mistakes to give the Knights chances, but by and large, they are absolutely dominating the run of play. They just need to stop literally passing the puck to the Knights.

Ovi was a man possessed. He was everywhere. But what I also love is how guys who screw up then step up. First, it was Eller. Tonight, it was DSP He had two big penalties, including one that wiped out a goal. But then he has that beautiful delay move and goes top shelf to put the game away. Guys make a mistake but don't dwell on it. They come up with ways to atone. It's been awesome to watch.
