Intentional fouls away from the ball are super lame. The team that gets fouled should be able to put any player they want on the line.
No shite, thats a really simple fix

To be honest, I'm on the fence about it. I can definitely understand the sentiment, but I'm just afraid of trying to eliminate all the in-game strategies to win games.

Winning ain't bush league bro.

Great job by Barnes there
They've gotta get it to him in the post with Parker on him.
I know the quick pull-ups are a big part of their game, but you can't shoot your way out of the opportunity to take advantage of a mismatch.

I agree that winning is all that matters. But, winning by implementing bullshite, is the exact reason the term "Bush League" was created.

when does a great strategy become "bush league" though?

I think it's impossible for Hubie Brown to call an unbiased game

I have to give the Spurs credit. Every year I forget why I hate them, and then every playoff season they remind me.

Whenever someone deems it to be "Bush League." It isn't that Bush League is a disqualifier or anything. Just a matter of personal opinion inherent in each fan/competitor.
I get the root of your question though, so I guess I would say whenever the strategy becomes excessive, i.e. in the middle of the 3rd quarter with over 15-16 minutes to play.

Bogut has to get over and help sooner than that.
