I watch college football and only 2 NFL games a year. If Alabama stopped having a team, I don't know if I'd watch any football outside of the Super Bowl.

Both products suck now. NFL has too many penalties and stupid rules, and probably protects the qb too much (not to mention the low IQ anti American protests), and the big college games are ridiculous with tv timeouts, especially with CBS PM games. College has also gotten out of hand with the arms race of nouveau riche rednecks/idiots throwing around way too much money at 20 year olds. Also the cottage industry of recuriting has gotten out of hand. I'll still watch the Saints and LSU casually, but with less interest than I used to.
