I use the Martingale strategy on Tennis. I bet the underdog each point. I start with a $1 bet and every subsequent bet I lose I double my bet I.e $1, $2,$4, $8 etc… It’s a grind but I can average $100-$250/hr. I’ve been lucky as I haven’t busted yet. You’re basically betting that you won’t lose 10 points in a row. Basically the player receiving the serve is the underdog. You need a good bankroll. I’ve made almost $5000 in the last couple of months doing this.
I assume you shouldn't do this on any old match. it needs to be two players who are of somewhat equal talent.
for instance it wouldn't be wise to do this on the first round of wimbeldon for someone like Djokovic or Alcarez and whatever guy he's going to straight set.
Or you wouldn't do this on a match where one person is really really good at serving and terrible on returns, such as John Isner.
Is there a strategy of what kind of matchup you're looking for?

What ya got for week 1?
I came up with a 9-leg for +122

I don’t get how they do it either, it didn’t work at an XFL game either

Ehh I really don’t know enough about tennis lol I don’t know who the hell I’m betting on 95% of the time. I just find a match where the player receiving the serve is between +125-+150, anything higher it’s usually a very lopsided match and anything around +100-+110 isn’t worth the grind. So far I’ve made out like a bandit.

18-1. The both teams do not score. Prop
Pretty nice run
1 late last night and all 3 today were shut outs for one team

man i tried doing this today. It was definitely working successfully but i can't rely on DK to place the bets on every point.
sometimes it simply won't let me place the bet. Not a big deal when i'ts a $1 bet. Well when i've lost a few in a row and i'm betting $64, and you don't let me place the bet, and the point is won, and i'm out of $150+ winnings b/c you didn't let me place the bet, then you can go frick yourself.

If one app screws me like that, then I wouldn’t rely on it again. It’s probably varies by sport, but I always thought Fanduel had pretty good live betting
There are definitely some apps that I would not rely on

I'm doing a little past season research on draftkings prop bet on NFL games "both teams to score 10 points". Usually in the -200 to -600 range but picking 3 or 4 to get you to +150/+200 area has shown to be really profitable.
I've went back and picked games from '21 and '22 blindly not looking at previous weeks scores, weather or injuries.
Only 3 losses in '22 with a $1,500 profit on the season, betting $50 a week upping it $10 after every win back to $50 with a loss.
Change the betting strategy for '21 went 9-8 but still came out with $1900 profit on the season. Bet $100 to start, bet the profit from previous week if win, back to $100 after a loss.
The lowest scoring team in league last year was Denver with 16 ppg couple others with 17 ppg.

well for this scenario of betting for tennis it won't work with FD. They won't let you bet on the next point after you've seen the outcome of the previous point. You can only bet on the next next point.
DK was doing just fine but it's like it can't keep up with how quick the betting was happening at times. I don't know if it was an app issue or if its an issue on my end with the internet.

Hey man, I've been running into some difficulties in the implementation of this strategy. I was wondering if I could ask you a few questions.
Can you shoot me an email at midnightvibe21@proton.me

I was running into the same issues with FD. Can't bet consecutive points, which basically undermines the whole idea behind the method (and has cost me a not-inconsiderable amount of my bankroll).

Follow someone like stuckey on action who has a proven track record of winning for years. Tail every bet after opening accounts at 5 different books. In the long run, profit.
There arent hacks or tricks, either build a model like i do for college baseball, or follow someone who does for other sports you want to bet. Its a grind, if you are lucky, youll hit at somewhere around a 55% clip and win several unit a year.
Dont bet parlays
Sadly, 99% of people wont listen and continue to bankrupt on gimmicky systems and continue to bet parlays until they bankrupt

i agree. I go with Ducky and it's been pretty successful.
I haven't even been following Ducky's bets that much though. There was a guy in the comments that was betting just under 3.5 K's all year, looking for certain criteria for his selections. ALl the bets were usually around +105, rarely where they minus money. He's 93-72 on the year for +28.5 units. and it was much better than that about 2 weeks ago as it's actually been a bit crappy lately.
And Ducky has only had 1 Dinger Tuesday where we didn't at least break even, and had one day early in the year where he hit on like 5 guys, which was a great day for me.

i would agree for the most part, but i can't help myself on soccer games. I love looking for 2-3 game parlays that just get me to around +120 to +200.
I think there's something to that tennis strategy. I did it again yesterday when i was waiting at a doctors appointment and had a full 5g signal on my phone instead of going off my home wifi in a small room with several other devices that was likely the reason why DK appeared to be messing up. I will say though you have to have some money in your account though. I do'nt do much betting on DK anymore so i only had like $65 in it when i started. Fortunately i won the $16 bet i was making but had i lost it i wouldn't have had any money left to make the $32 bet, and what you don't want to do is skip a bet/point. the whole premise is that there's no way the person serving will win 7, 8, 9, 10 points in a row, so you definitely can't lost out on that 7th or 8th point when you're betting $64 or $128.

So how much do you pay to follow Ducky? Does he mostly do prop bets or a mixture of team and prop bets?
Posted on 7/28/23 at 9:38 am to MidnightVibe
Fanduel and DraftKings are probably the most current/responsive apps I have seen, but there is no way they are nimble enough to be able to bet ten points in a row in a match. And the other apps, forget about it.
