I'm mostly a football guy. It is what I know the best and follow the most.
I did win a three-game parlay during the NCAA tournament in basketball last year but also lost a handful of other bets in college basketball last year
This year in football especially these last couple of months it's consumed my thinking. Like I might spend a couple hours thinking about the spread on one game as I work going back and forth and I'll talk myself in and out of picks. I can't help it I'm just wired that way sometimes it benefits me and other times it doesn't.
So part of me is bummed that football is about over but I'm going to need the break for sure haha.
Bowl season and the last few weeks of this NFL I finally hit a run where I'm doing a lot better but there were some miserable weeks in college and in pro football there to start the season.

i already cant wait for the season.
i took year or two off from betting -- but just got back into within the last month or so. its been a blast.

thinking ahead next year to college football, I'm going to try and stick to just the Fun Belt and the SEC.
not saying I won't pay attention to other conferences but there are just too many games IMO.
So I'll just go with what I hear about and see the most.
With the NFL, not so much. Only 32 teams plus bye weeks and some games I don't fool with anyway.
