Also Goldberg definitely had a gimmick which was the undefeated streak and squashing people.

I saw him at Hirsch Coliseum in Shreveport 20 years ago. I was in the front row. It was all scripted but he broke off the script and his opponent and the referee couldn't keep a straight face. They cracked up laughing. It was great.
