Jones didn't play much last season anyway. I don't expect Lewis to play much either unless his 3pt shot turns around. Expect Wade's minutes to be cut even more this year than last too. Also they have that line up with LeBron at the 4 and then three shooters on the floor with him.
The point is they have versatility and can figure out ways to give guys minutes.

Bradley
Sullinger

Is it 2008?
I think most people realize the Celtics will be decent, but they're still not better than a fully healthy Heat.

Never said they were, but they're still top 3 in the east. Top 2 until Rose gets back

Who is lee? I thought bradley was going to start

They could very well be 2-3, but there is a rather large gap between 1 & 2-3, IMO.

It went 7 games without Bradley, Terry or Sullinger this year.
Not saying you're wrong, I absolutely think the Heat are better, but it's not a blow-out by any means.

Heat didn't have Bosh for a couple of those games...

New York could have a top 4 team on their hand if they get their shite together. If they can get Lin and Melo to play well together, they could knock off the Heat, but that's a lot of ifs and maybes. Barring injuries to their top 3 players, the Heat should coast to the top seed in the East and to the second round with ease at least.
It seems the Heat are finally simplifying their offensive game. Let LeBron be the primary ballhander and have him drive to score or drive to dish. He's not going to be a good jumpshooter from mid range on out, but he doesn't to be for them to have success. Play to your strengths - finishing at the hoop and dishing when necessary. Doesn't hurt that you aren't allowed to make any physical contact whatsoever, but that's another story.
LeBron simplified his game back to the Cavs days and with some help from his supporting cast and other sources, they found their formula - LeBron drives and finishes or drives and dishes to the jumpshooters (Battier, Chalmers, Bosh, etc.). The Cavs did the same thing back when LeBron was there, but LeBron had a limited offensive game, and didn't get the calls he gets today so it didn't work. Also, he didn't have the human flop machine in Wade, but can't blame him for that.

The Heat made Lin look silly in the 1 game they played against him. The Knicks won't be the Heat.

Yeah and the Heat also didnt have a healthy bosh, or wade and now Ray Allen.. So ya know.. also add some more age to KG and Paul Pierce. Boston could very well be the #2 in the east next year because Rose will miss most of the season, but they could also be #6 behind the knicks, pacers, hawks, and now the Brooklyn Nets lol.

Wasn't that like his 8th start without Amare and Carmelo though? We'll see. I don't expect anything to really change in the East this year. It'll take a serious injury to one of Miami's 3 stars for them not to get the top seed and there isn't a team in the second tier of the East I see challenging them. Someone may challenge them in the second round, depending on how things shake out, but I'd be shocked if they aren't in the ECFs. They still don't have a center worth a shite, but they just one a NBA title without one so they don't need to worry about it. They should probably snag a young big or two that is willing to play for the minimum and do the dirty work for a couple of seasons while playing on a title favorite and they'll be set.

A Kentucky and Heat fan. Seems legit. Why do I get the feeling that I know more about Kentucky sports than this guy knows about sports in general?
