This stats is used to make Russell Wilson a champ while making the OLine look bad.
Are you arguing that Seattles Oline wasn't an atrocity?

Seahawks avg 101 yds a game on the ground.
37 of which was Russell Wilson......

nd if you take away RW rushing production, Seahawks still have over 1K rushing for the season.
1k rushing would make the Seahawks dead last in rushing yards and about 100-150 yards behind the next closest team in the Lions who had 1221 rushing yards on the season

Wilson’s 589 yards on the ground led the team by more than 300 yards.
It’s wild that’s even possible for a professional football team

I agree that throwing the ball on that play was the right call.
Funny enough, I’ve seen Seattle call that same play in similar situations since the SB, and I’ve seen it picked off in the same manner at least once more.

I still believe the only reason they called thst play was so it could be “Russell Wilson’s Super Bowl- winning throw.”
It is 100% this. They wanted the new kid on the block to slay the king, Tom Brady

Damn Seattle even had a timeout left? Run the ball with Lynch. Wtf

They also fired DC Kris Richards.
I'm sure Tom Cable will be next.

Cleaning house a bit. The defense isn't getting any younger and russel Wilson is about to be 30. Window closing a bit

The fool who called the Super Bowl-deciding play and simultaneously made Malcolm Butler an NFL folk hero? Yeah, checks out

still believe that throwing was the right call. It was 2nd down and they had 1 timeout. Throw the ball.
100 percent. But the play shouldn't have been to a target short of the end zone, if the WR is tackled, it's no different than a run play. The clock runs and you have to burn a timeout. Now you have to throw on 3rd and 4th down cause you have no timeouts.
Wrong pass play design

Darrell Bevell or Steve Ensminger, who do you want? Russell Wilson not included

Personnel has consistently gotten worse. So let’s fire the assistant coaches rather than getting better players.
Makes sense.

If you've been an OC for 7 years then it means you aren't that good at what you do.

Their OL is a dumpster fire

Seems ridiculous to me.

quote:Well Cable didn't believe in drafting OL because he didn't believe they were being developed at the college level. He has a pretty big head and thinks he can turn anyone into a proper offensive line player. Which clearly isn't true.
