Seriously is there not a regulation size for shoulder pads ? I'm surprised no one has shattered his shoulder or at least badly bruised it .

He has always worn small shoulder pads. Most guys ask for small pads and hate wearing pads in their pants.
Back when I played in college, it was mandatory to wear pads in your pants (It used to not be in the NFL) and most guys would buy the youth size pads and would cut them as small as possible

Almost nobody wears knee pads. They're worthless and only hinder running. Marcus Allen never wore knee pads. And if he did (to conform to the rules) they were on short pants up on his thighs above the knees.

I remember when we first got our pads in middle school, and they were so huge you couldn't even twist your head from side to side because the helmet would hit your pads.
