So why can't pass interference be challenged/ reviewed?

Pass interference calls are blown way too often, so should they be challengeable?
If you don't think so, what would you suggest to fix the problem?

Where do you stop it? Interference calls are as subjective as holding. Should you be able to review holding?

Why challenge something that is subjective to begin with?

There are already a lot of "subjective" calls that can be challenged. Such as whether a receiver "controlled" the ball.
Interference isn't necessarily subjective anyway, there are a set of rules that lay out what is interference and what isn't.

Possession rules are the same in every game
Officials use completely different sets of rules to say whats PI. One ref will throw the flag for someone breathing on a reciever while another one will let Corners murder guys on the outside
Are you going to be able to challenge plays that they didnt call PI?

So all you guys that say no, what do you propose as a solution? Clearly pass interference calls are blown too often.

Its a part of the game, both sides have to deal with it. No change is needed

You could say that about any officiating problem. Are you suggest nothing should be done to improve the fairness of the game?
It's even more of a problem in the college game right now. So many phantom PI calls.

You bring up fairness like bad calls dont go against both sides.

Don't watch sports outside of Olympic Track & Field.

Overall no, but in one big game like a Super Bowl, a blown call can easily change the outcome of a game

The offensive PI in the end zone against moss that wasn't called may have changed the outcome of this game. If Jenkins picks that ball, he's gone.
Can't review judgement calls though...unless of course there are judgment calls that you can review.

So can no calling PI
Or calling Holding
Or not calling Holding
Or a bad spot
Or a number of different shite
Nobody is perfect, and refs are no exception. There is no way around this
