So who trades with the Bears?
Indianapolis.
They need a QB, they'd also like to prevent Houston from having the first choice of QBs, and going from 4 to 1 is not going to be so expensive that they wouldn't do it.

This and CHI could still get a top notch player on such as Will Anderson at 4 by only trading 3 spots

Everyone is kidding themselves to not think QB is going 1-2-3 and possibly even all 4 of those guys in the top 5.
Teams have no rationale thinking when it comes to moving up for these guys. Someone will sell the farm for Richardson now

Only because they want their first choice. It matters when you do your due diligence.

If I owned the Texans (excuse me, while I shudder at the very thought of that) I would fire my general manager before he could hang up the phone if he traded up to #1. You have two quarterbacks who are regarded as can't misses. It doesn't matter which one falls to you. If you can't make it work with either Young or Stroud you have the wrong people in your organization. There is absolutely no reason for the Texans to move up one spot. How did that work for the 49ers with Trey Lance? In order to move up that one spot you will have to match or beat offers by more desperate teams sitting in far worst positions than you are (i.e. the Colts, Raiders, Jets, and Panthers). They will have to give the Bears an arm and a leg if they want a quarterback. You don't, so why should you?

Whatever the scenario, I'm not trusting the guy who traded the #32 overall pick for fricking Chase Claypool to make the right decision
Better than having the guy that traded up to draft Mitch Trubinsky instead of Patrick Mahomes making the decisions.

I don't think you can be overly certain that Bryce is better than Stroud or vice versa, so if I'm the Texans I scout the hell out of them and hope my scouts see them as similar prospects so I can just stay put at 2 and get one or the other.
The division dynamic between Houston and Indy is interesting and I think will cause Indy to mortgage their future to jump Houston. Indy was a QB away a few years ago, but I think they've slipped a bit since.
The Seahawks have publicly said they are scouting all of the QBs too, but I have doubts that they are serious about it.
The Falcons seem to want to see what they have in Ridder (which they could have done during last season, but oh well) but I don't think they are completely out on QB.
Raiders and Panthers definitely seem to be movers though. Richardson seems like a prospect either franchise would take a chance on.

Seahawks are going to sign Geno Smith to a three year 105 million dollar contract so scratch them off the list.

I’m a Texans fan, and I would rather they trade up for the number 1 pick because I’m worried the Colts will trade up and take Young and the Texans will take Levis.
Let me clarify that I don’t want that to happen. It just feels like something the Texans would do.

I have full faith in Caserio to make the best moves.

Caserio has done great since BoB left, and seems to have nailed most of his draft picks so far. That being said, QB decisions sometimes come from an ownership letter and McNair will have a say in this.

As a Bears fan, this is the best case scenario, obviously.

Bears take Anderson
Texans take Young
Cards trade back with somebody (NFC South) who takes Stroud
Colts go with Levis or Richardson
Raiders take Richardson or Levis
