First of all the topic was about triple doubles. Second, isnt it always funny how people jump to another argument when they know they cant win the first argument.
There isnt any doubt Kobe is one of the top 3 players in the league. Yes he has 3 rings, but as the sidekick. What has he done since Shaq left? He has won some scoring titles and been to the finals and nothing else. Lakers didnt start winning again till Phil Jackson came back. Lebron has been to the NBA finals with an ok coach and ok supporting cast
Point is, Lebron is an all-around better player and team player and he makes everyone around him better. He accomplishes more with less. You put Lebron on the Lakers and you have another Championship Dynasty and you put Kobe on the Cavaliers and they are a middle of the pack East team.
