That may be what he does now, but not back then. He would just hover around the three point line the whole time.

I have always viewed your game as just this, not the next part.

How about his set up for a bit..Marv Albert and John Madden discussing bounty gate? WTF???? Scott did leave josh out to dry, you know behind the scenes Scott was thinking it'd be awesome. Then the dude has the fricking nerve to say "but I do think I should give you some pointers on your scooby doo. What an a-hole.

Do Scott and frank have some history because you could tell from the start he wanted nothing to do with josh. Arrogant little prick also wanted to pretend he was doing caliendo a favor by allowing him on his show.

Caliendo was spot on. What does getting his dad on the air with him, who by the way is going to try big time Frank (which he tried to do), accomplish for Frank and selling tickets? It's not about Josh and his dad; it's about Frank, and Josh just couldn't understand that because everything has to be about him. He is and always will be an amateur.

I wish he would post again to try to defend any links that were posted in this thread. Moscona isn't the best, but BR got the better of the two.

the only person who should claim to be the voice of scooby doo is whoever voiced the old 1960s-70s cartoons

no one cares about the straight to dvd cartoons

I don't like either of them, but it's no surprise that they got along as well as they did. Both windbags with a superiority complex. They both truly believe they are the best thing going in radio. They're not the problem, the listeners are the problem.

Best thing going right now is ponamsky, hanagriff and ott.

How they get an hour and scone gets 3 is beyond me.

Houston agrees with you . Ranked 20th out of 21 hosts :

quote:

20. Josh Innes, KILT
Innes has real talent. Of that there can be no doubt. But his on-air persona of "I'm just a jerk and, oh well if you don't like it" and his need to be the center of virtually every on-air moment makes him sound, at best, a kid in need of Ritalin, at worst, an amateur. Exhibit A: his ridiculous on-air fight with comedian Frank Calliendo. He could be so much better than this, which is what makes his antics so frustrating.

That whole thing was awkward as shite. Obviously it was Scott's idea, so I can't fault Josh completely. But the way he handled it was so unprofessional and douchey. It's amazing how he gets butthurt and cries and whimpers on air.

I rarely listen to talk radio, but I honestly don't see how this a-hole continues to stay on air...I don't give a frick who his dad is.

No idea, but I'd doubt it. I think Scott and Josh concocted that plan because hey, Caliendo does voices, and so does Scott. Yay. And the way it ended up coming off, it seemed like there was definitely some sort of setup for Scott to swoop in and "school" the guy famous for doing voices and impressions...that seemed kinda bush league.

I can't imagine having to be in the studio with that bitchy piece of shite every day.

scott and his cast of characters

My God.

That is awful. I love how he says "I can barely even log onto the internet, I'm so computer illiterate" but is talking about getting emails from people and even has his own website with his name as the domain name. What an idiot.

Also, maybe his voice is dubbed or something, but it sounds nothing like the Scooby Doo I remember from a kid...so did they just get someone who sounds nothing like SD to start voicing him?

That video is almost sad to me for some reason.

he was only the voice of those shitty straight to VHS or DVD films for a couple years. When they made the real Scooby Doo movie they got some other guy.

Page 5.

And Caliendo doesn't come off the best either, but he rips into Josh pretty good (and makes fun of Scott).
