They were 3-5 thru 8 weeks last year
They are 3-5 this year
They finished 9-8 last year and missed the playoffs, again. Let’s see if they can “accomplish” that again this year

It has nothing to do with signing Tee Higgins. They have drafted and signed via free agency many defensive players over the last 4 years and almost all of them have been huge busts. They have the smallest player scouting department in the league and they are terrible at player evals.
