yeah but Denver's Defense is >>>>>>>>>>>>>Carolina's thus taking A TON of pressure off of Tim. Cam has basically had to play shootouts week in and week out. If the Carolina offense had this defense to compliment them they'd be an 11+ win team.

Yep. The Panthers went from the worst offense in all of football to a top 5 or so offense in 1 year and 90% was because of one person. If Cam was starting for the Broncos they would be sitting at home right now with a first round bye and a legit shot to make the super bowl.

The Panthers gave up a whopping 39 more points on the season than the Broncos did. You can thank the Saints for that.

Yep, basically Tebow has a better offensive line/defense. Cam has better skill positions to get the ball to.

The Panthers defense is on equal footing with the Broncos. Let's be honest, if Newton wasn't turning it over left and right, the Panthers probably would have allowed less points than the Bronco's defense.
The Broncos have a SLIGHTLY better defense than the Broncos.
Take out the quarterbacks, and the Panthers have a top 8 supporting cast at worst. The Broncos have a bottom 4 supporting cast.

Well after 5 games this season here were the two teams records.
Denver 1-4
Carolina 1-4
Difference? Cam started, Tebow didn't.
So to say Denver's team was better, patently untrue.
Denver's defense got better mostly because Tebow quit putting them in bad position.
Now does Cam look better throwing the ball? Sure, until it lands in the other team's hands, which it did a lot.
Give me the leader who can make plays over the prima-donna who is more interested in looking good every time.
Tebow is so far ahead of Cam when it comes to leadership there's just no comparison at all.

if you're not smart enough to realize that Denver's defense isn't significantly better than Carolina's then that's your problem. If you can't realize that having your offense go 3 and out through the majority of games thus constantly putting the opposing offense back on the field hurts a defense's stats then that's your problem as well. Tebow got 4-5 of his wins solely from the play of the Broncos D. Cam cannot say the same.

Cam in 16 games: 4,757 yards, 35 TDs, 20 turnovers.
Cam projected in 23 games: 6,184 yards 46 TDs, 26 turnovers.
And Cam will be much better in year two than year 1 as well.
