The area is very residential. Home owners rent out their lawns for pre game parties. Even install bathrooms in their garages to cater to fans. Lot of tiger fans took advantage of this. Also active bar scene on south (I think) of stadium. Dancing girls in cages, etc.. Great pre game atmosphere. Stage bands set up in parking lot next to stadium. Roving entertainment around stadium.
