Just talk. They won’t do it not enough funding and support. They had an invite in the late 90’s to join CUSA but said no. If UNI or ILS moves then SMS moves. Those 3 are tied at the hip being Original Gateway members.
They absolutely will tell all the rest go fight for yourself, INS refuses to put money anywhere.
SMS knows they don’t need the Dakotas or Youngstown to tell them what to do.

NDSU is talking about moving up. If they do look for the rest of the Dakotas to go as well. Just need someplace to go, location is an issue.
Entire MVFC should move up and make an all sports conference. Tell the Valley privates to pound sand. It would be a great all sports conference.

NDSU won’t move up. They don’t have the funding and where they going to add seats in Fargo? They’re trying to big boy the Valley. If they’re not careful St Louis will tell them to go away they don’t need them. The MVC/Gateway has enough clout that they don’t need them

The Summitt basically came from the conference that the MVC football teams were under the AMCU. The Summitt may want to say hey we can play FBS game and take the Dakotas. But are they willing to be rent a wins and no home games for years except conference games?

You're probably right, but have to admit the football power in the conference is in the Dakotas now. Plus the Summit is solid and getting better.

The Valley did NDSU a solid by adding them when the Sky told them you’re joking right? Then when NDSU pushed for UND SDSU USD the Valley said sure, but remember they only wanted UND and USD after they let them twist for a year or so.
