If there is no cap and rookies can get out of their contracts in four years, I don't see how the larger market teams won't dominate the NFL.

should I rephrase and say teams with bigger pocket books (Seattle, Washington, Dallas, Two New Yorks).
These teams will be able to get more players in the prime of their careers under the 4 yr rookie contract and no cap rules.
