Everyone does it. Come get these hands at Sonic if you think otherwise.

Actually, I would think it’s similar to New England spying on practices and deflating balls.

No. A bounty system in football would be equivalent to a bounty system in baseball where pitchers deliver sweet chin music at the request of management. Dumbass.

A bounty system doesn’t actually give you a competitive advantage.

I never understood why the “bounty system” triggered so many people, all defenses are trying to frick up the Quarterback

It’s not like the Saints were shanking Brett Favre on the bottom of the pile

The football equivalent to sign stealing would be figuring out what an audible call means. It's 100% legal and just requires smart players to be in the right position to make the read.

But if your dumbass is attempting to reference the electronic sign stealing scandal, you're even further off.

Yeah the “Bounty System” was pretty much a minor salary cap violation considering the Saints were one of the least penalized teams for personal fouls.

Actually universal behavior for all teams on the field.

Minor penalty off the field.

The Saints were diving into people’s knees or spearing QBs.

Hitting hard and especially hitting old QBs hard and often is a pretty universal strategy.

bounty for injuring intentionally is like bonus for pitcher hitting batter.

Sign stealing is just like breathing to some people and will never go away. At middle school game recently coach on third was telling batters "it has to be perfect" on 1-0 and 0-1 counts. tipping batters to fast balls. it worked. they won.
