If Mark Cuban runs for president, he needs this to be shoved in his face (pun intended).

Who is going to shove it in his face? The media won't say a word if he goes along with their agenda. Mark Cuban could murder a village of poor handicapped children and CNN would make him a hero if he stuck a (D) next to his name.

Would not be shocked if NBA forces him to sell with these kinds of allegations.
Sounds like the culture he created in that organization.

I want to deal with this issue," Cuban told SI. "I mean, this is, obviously there's a problem in the Mavericks organization and we've got to fix it. That's it. And we're going to take every step. It's not something we tolerate. I don't want it. It's not something that's acceptable. I'm embarrassed, to be honest with you, that it happened under my ownership, and it needs to be fixed. Period. End of story
So we are supposed to believe he just found out about it?
I always thought he was considered to be a super-involved owner. Was that not the case?

The other side is better with the "oh that's just locker room talk?"

I’m here for the gang bang.

If Silver and the Crew compelled Sterling to sell the Clippers over a couple of remarks, Cuban logically shouldn’t get any less for dereliction of duty considering he stated ON RECORD how involved he is with his franchise like intimately involved with all aspects and I personally want Cuban to run for POTUS in 2020.

that would be literally the most surprising thing that could happen

Why they forced Sterling to sell over a couple of remarks, why wouldn’t they to Cuban over dereliction of duty/abdication of management regarding sexual harassment/DV? Cuban IIRC is the most fined current owner of an NBA franchise right?

Because Sterling was a shite owner in a prime market who ran a shitshow for 20 years. Also Cuban just overlooked some frick ups, not actually doing it like Sterling. Also also they don't have to worry about the players protesting in any way over Cuban's non-actions.

You know what I’m getting at though, consistency, and this is the #metoo movement that has actual legal implications in conjunction with bad PR, you know Bernie Madoff, you know Rick Pitino, you know Jerry Richardson, etc

Thanks for conveniently ignoring my submission that Cuban IIRC currently is the most fined owner in the NBA league as well

So they get to up their donation numbers. I'm sure they love him.

Mostly for complaining about officiating. Not really a major negative. Until deciding to ride off into the sunset with Dirk he's been the model owner for the league.

You’re not a fan of integrity and consistency are you? Especially considering this dude owns a LOSING BASKETBALL TEAM. So tired of this hypocritical bullshite where they force out Donald Sterling for remarks but ostensibly keep Mark Cuban on for deriliction of duty when illegal sexual harassment and DV is occurring. Literally zero words exist atm.

It's not the same as any of those.
