Cuban didn’t sexually assault anyone. Sterling was caught making the comments. the alleged assaults happened in a part of the organization that rarely if ever crosses over into the actual basketball operations of the club. aside from the DV stuff that he clearly knew about, it’s plausible that the sexual harassment stuff never made it to Cubes desk.
it’s gross, it’s despicable, but hardly worth forcing him to sell the team. especially considering how open and forthcoming he’s been, unlike sterling who tried to stonewall everything.
I’d be surprised if Silver uses the draft pick part of Article 24. but he’ll do that before going after Cubans ownership

Compelling an owner to sell a team over personal, ostensibly private comments over an owner ON RECORD stating he’s a hands-on owner and abdicating his management responsibility when it comes to illegal activity on the part of his executives and employees, yeah as a common sense, pragmatic person I have a hard time buying that argument, try again please

For sure he Is in trouble, at least in terms of failure to maintain proper oversight, but he has been extremely quick to respond, has taken reaponsibility, and has started an independent investigation that reports to both him and Adam silver to deter just how bad it was and where other failure points other than his were. This is how you properly respond to things, unlike sterling who dug in, lies, and stonewalled.

Nice MavsSpeak, we all know Cuban’s liable for dereliction of duty regarding sexual harassment/DV, I’m getting tired of this hypocritical, inconsistent crap you forced out an owner for comments and set that precedent you should force out an owner who abdicated his responsibilities regarding ILLEGAL matters and I’m a Cuban fan
