Mavs were 14/18 for 78% from the field in the 4th.

And most of the shots were long jumpers:

Dirk 19 foot jumper
Dirk 16 ft
Dirk 16 ft
Monta 17 ft
Carter 14 ft
Monta 19 ft
Monta layup
Dirk 10 ft
Calderon 23 ft
Dirk 24 ft
Calderon 20 ft
Dirk 18 ft
Marion 1 ft
Marion 23 ft

Almost all long jumpers... and almost all of them went in.

They just got unbelievably hot.

The difference between 9-4 and 8-5 seems huge... The Rockets could be 11-2 right now. Team is great. McHale has work to do.

They started off horrible in the 4th. They couldn't make a shot for about 5 or 6 posessions in a row while Dallas couldn't miss.

You've got a point, but dirk wasn't guarded well and he's one of the best shooters in nba history. I really couldn't believe marion hit that 3 pointer .

Still, harden looked like he tried to get fouled on the last play. Really?

Yeah. That's called having no confidence in your three point shot. We should have gone to someone else.

You serious? I'm not trying to troll. The guy jumped from like 5 feet behind the arc after the defender moved towards him.

He seems to try to get more foul calls than any other star in the nba IMO

ITS frickING DALLAS! THEY LITERALLY DONT MISS AGAINST HOUSTON! Seriously, I should vow to never watch a Rockets vs. Mavs game again because it really doesn't matter what day or age it is the Mavs ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS beat the fricking Rockets. THey could have lost every game and went 0 for and when it comes time to play the Rockets they'll shoot 80% from 3. The entire time Hubie was talking about the rockets shooting percentage he never realized how the Mavs were 50% from 3 while the Rockets were less than 50%. Larkin hadn't played for weeks as stated over and over and what happens? Oh yeah, just fricking make 2 out of 3 contested 3 pointers. Its complete and utter bullshite, its almost a fricking scientific law the Mavs will play like gang busters against the Rockets.

I'm serious. Harden did not want to take that shot. He knew the only way he was getting three points was on the free throw line.

I'm glad that other people realize the struggle that is playing the Mavs.

I hate it.

Harden has been horrible from 3. I don't believe in the "he's our guy to take the last shot" bullshite. I give my best 3 point shooter the ball, or find the most wide open player. How many damn big shots did Robert Horry shoot? He wasn't shite during games, or at least nothing of note. Parsons should have been shooting at the end, or Casspi, or hell, even LIN! All of them have been better than Harden at the 3 ball.

Can you stop trolling please? He's going through a shooting slump. He obviously still wanted the ball.

Dude's supposed to be the best player on the team and his go to move with a few seconds left, down by 3, is to flop? Come on man. That's terrible.

Yeah. No other star player has even anticipated a foul. He shoots the most free throws in the league. He's pretty good at drawing fouls, and all points count the same.

I think Harden is hurt still.

Every time he gets a little banged up, his shot is off.

My Pels made up a full game on the Rockets last night....

I went to bed and Houston had an 18 point lead or some shite.

Their no playing defense strategy paid off I see.
