If Ovi is God, Backstrom is the Holy Spirit. Ovi getting another hat trick is of course cool, but again everyone ignores the awesomeness of Backstrom. He has his 12th 4-assist game of his career. The only other player with 12 4-assist games in the last 25 years is Mario Lemieux.
Backstrom just tied a mark set by Mario and we all simply ignored it. Because Ovi is so spectacular. They're not Batman and Robin, they're Batman and another Batman.

Amen to that. Might be the most underrated player in the NHL ever. He’s a superstar but never gets the recognition.
