Defense could only do so much. Seemed like Hotshots started to use the Express over aggressiveness against them. They adjusted well which is something Singletary couldn't do.

Maybe it's not such a bad thing.
If They were winning it may justify Mike to keep Hackenberg in. At least if things keep going as is it will force his hand or get him fired.

Hes embarrassing himself at this point. Probably took this gig to get his name back in the ring but he'll be lucky to coach high school 7on7 after this stint.

He isn't sure what to do in the pocket, his passes are wildly inaccurate, and he doesn't know how to manage the playclock. He's so worried about plays coming in from the sidelines as well. Either the need simpler plays or they need to script more because between every down is a complete clusterfrick.

I'm not sure all the problems are Hackenberg's fault. I don't think he is all that good but it seems like the entire game plan is total trash. It's conservative to the Nth degree. What was the deepest thrown pass all night? The one that was dropped on 3rd and 24 that would have been several yards short of the first down marker anyway?

It kind of has to be though... you can't have him drop back when he has 0 pocket awareness outside of running it himself. He's not accurate enough to throw deep. I'm not sure the o-line is good enough to block for an extended period of time
