The school is who suspended them and they then reinstated them. They then suspended them after the Title IX investigation
Schools don't have same burden of proof as a court of law.
I also don't think they have everything to the DA which was stupid it seems like a pissing contest between the school and County.

My fear isn't that title IX has turned into a witch hunt. There is a problem with sexual assault on college campuses but all girls aren't victims and that has to be a concern too. There have been too many guys to be railroaded by the system who did nothing but have consensual sex.

While I agree something needs to be done with false accusations but to say she was consensual for a train as fact is what needs to be determined and school in the EEOA says it interviewed 28 people. It's report is very detailed. More detailed than the Prosecutor which makes me think the school Police didn't hand over everything.

I don't think another year would make him anymore ready for the NFL tho. Biggest issue will be the learning curve of an NFL offense
