I don’t think Ryan is the problem but I don’t think he’ll be the solution either at this point in his career

Matt Ryan is far down the list of problems the Falcons have.
I'd get rid of Julio for picks (should be able to get at least a 2nd and 3rd for him) when its appropriate, let Ryan leave on his terms. He's given everything for the bullshite the Falcons surrounded him with.
