After the season, send Dimitroff and the rest of the coaching staff with him. After the team goes 0-16 or 1-15, hire a new GM and coach, draft Lawrence or Fields, and get the firesale/total rebuild started.

It's honestly impressive how two teams in the same division had incredible seasons leading to a SB appearance.
Both ended up tanking and firing their coaches 4 years later.
