This isn’t not complicated.
Myles tackles Rudolph after the whistle, but within a normal amount of time.
There is a tussle as they’re on the ground. It happens in football. Maybe Rudolph grabs at Myles helmet,
Myles respond by standing up And ripping off Rudolph’s helmets. This was not clean and It took Several yanks.
This is still just in penalty territory. Personal foul and you walk it off.
It happens.
After that is beyond just football.
