Judges ruling stated her injuries were consistent with the fight that was videotaped the night before, not being punched in the face 10 times by NFL player. Also said the testimony of the neighbor whose phone she used to cal 911...he said she was calm, did not appear injured and never mentioned being hit by foster.

Did she really claim she was hit 10x in the face? Unless her face resembled a jelly sandwich should have been easy to prove false.

There’s nothing to suggest that. The neighbor said she was calm, the cop who responded said she was calm and didn’t have any noticeable injuries, and of course the video evidence.
Meanwhile there’s plenty to suggest she’s a POS given she did the same thing to a previous boyfriend and stole money and other items from Foster.

When he acted up at the combine..I said this guy is going to be trouble..What he did was like throwing a fit in the biggest interview he will ever have in his life. Maybe she was paid, maybe she wasn't. But this won't be the last we will hear of Foster's woes...book it.
