Replacement refs have no clue...

I know this is obviously germans and everyone knows this, but seriously I'm trying to enjoy MNF and watch my fantasy players but the refs ruin everything. They either call pointless, ticky tack penalties that are unnecessary, or they completely blow a call by not throwing a flag when it's obvious a flag should be thrown.
FTR, I still won my fantasy matchup but it sucks to see this every week. Why doesn't the NFL just pay college referees to ref on sundays? They would enjoy the extra money and IMO they're better than these guys.

Maybe the replacement refs are trolling the NFL in a plot to get more money for the full time refs.
