Awesome so I was right. Wasn't sure.

Now, wasn't LeBron, Bosh, and DWade all top 5 PER the year before teaming up?

The east becomes more competitive but there is no doubt in my mind whoever comes out the west wins the title.

put Chalmers on a team lets just say like the Hornets...is he anywhere near to the level he plays at? probably not....

Ray Allen would have never came to the Heat...Miller?? Battier the same...Birdman...he's lucky someone gave him a shot, works out perfect in that system..wish he got more minutes...

i think the whole "if" game is stupid personally. Lebron is on the Heat and so are these role players.

you asked if we removed LBJ from the Heat, how would they do, I'm guestimating with the current players they have now, minus LBJ they would be a 4th/5th.

I guess the additon of Bosh would have bumped the Heat up to a 5-7 seed. I want to say the year before LeBron/Bosh got there they were an 8 seed...so yeah 5-7 seed sounds about right
This seems odd since the players they have outside of the Big 3 are much better than that team. I mean that team played MICHAEL frickING BEASLEY! substantial minutes. Plus Rio is much improved now. They'd be the #1-#3 seed. I'd guess roughly 55 wins.

yep

Bosh and Wade + several good players they could get with money saved on not having Lebron.

They would be really good.

This. As long as Lebron is not on another team in the East, probably a 2 seed behind the Knicks.

and they would have had at least a 19 game win streak somewhere in the season.

They would be 4th in the east.

Miami's division is absolute dog shite.

Heat
Hawks
Magic
Bobcats
Wizards

Heat would still be 4th in the East without bron. But instead of 1st overall they might be 10th or 11th overall.

The Heat have made the playoffs every year except 1 since 2004 and have never been lower than a 5 seed.

I'm not sure why people are underestimating a team of Wade and Bosh in the freaking East. They'd be better than 4th seed. That's a better duo than any other team in the East has right now.

I think the guy is just trolling because there are so many that take extremes about lebron. You either have to declare him the GOAT or you are a hater. Most of those with this attitude are too young to have watched some of the other greats in their prime and there is a strange desire for the one they grew up watching and cheering for to be the GOAT and to be recognized as such by everyone.

You have a line-up of:

PG: Chalmers
SG: Allen
G/SF: Wade
F/PF: Haslem/Battier/Lewis
C/PF: Bosh

With a good bench: Miller, Cole, Anderson, Antony.

That team is going to be 2nd in the east most likely. And with a decent shot of making the Finals.

Well this situation happened in Cleveland. He left and look what happend.........Yes they didnt have two superstars to fall back on like Miami would, but cleveland's role players that were playing high level basketball weren't anything without LeBron.

Those role players were nothing before Lebron and nothing after Lebron

Shane Battier and Ray Allen and the like were something before Lebron

It wouldn't surprise me if that team ended up 2nd, but I wouldn't say they were a lock for 2nd either.

Thinking about it more, I'd say they probably end up 3rd. I'd say the liklehood of them ending up second is just as much as ending up 4th.

this x1000

if you have any other opinion or are a fan of any players not LBJ, you are a hater and know nothing about basketball.

LBJ is undoubtedly one of the greatest players we will ever see, but some around here worship him. MSB has fallen a long way.

That is fair. Somewhere between 2-4. I think more along the lines of #2 (assuming no Rose for the Bulls), but 3/4 may be about right as well.
