I was watching a series of highlights from the 98 ECF vs the bulls. What a series that was. Only time the bulls were taken to 7 games in either the conference finals or finals during their 6 championship run. Reggie Miller was awesome in that series, as well as several others over his career.

Is he a top 20, 15, 10 all timer in your book? I would say top 15 for me.

I think Reggie falls into the very good but not great category.

I would say fringe top 50, probably doesn't make it.

He is one of my favorite players to watch though. That 00 Pacers team is one of the best not to win the title.

Yep. Can’t put him in The top 50 imo.

He was a damn good player, no doubt. And a very loyal one, considering he played his whole career for the Pacers. I would say he is probably right outside the top 50 of all time. Probably in the top 60-75 range. Could be higher, but that would be determined if I actually put together a whole list and laid out all the players to see where they fall, which we know won't happen . Off the top of my head though, I feel good putting him in the top 60 or so range.

One of the GOAT basketball gifs...

probably 50 to 60. Can't really be all that high simply bc he had very little ability to get his own shot. The vast majority of his shots relied on off the ball screens. He was a fair ball handler but not when you compare to top 50 players. basically just not versatile enough to be top 30 player.

He obviously top 5 clutch shooter of all time.

Hall of Very Good, especially if we're considering today's cream of the crop players he probably wouldn't be in my top 20 outside looking in

As others said he’s probably in the 50-75 range. If I’m making a list of guys I want taking a three to tie though with 6-7 seconds left, he’s probably top 5

Reggie was a great player, but I am not sure that I would classify him as a top 15 or 20 player.

The situation with him and Spike Lee, though, is a Top 20 moment. The 30 for 30 about Reggie Miller and the Knicks is good.

That's fair. Maybe I overdid it a bit.
