Dude is struggling to play Monopoly Deal, the retarded person’s Monopoly, yet he’s gonna be a top NFL QB

Doesn’t matter, these punishments after the fact are always so silly to me from the hapless NCAA. I know what I watched that year. Reggie Bush was the best player of the season, and one of the best college players I’ve ever watched. He and he alone is the rightful Heisman winner.

He is too full of himself. Bust.

Congrats, Caleb Williams, on being the next Jamarcus Russell!

I never understand posts/arguments like this.
What Reggie Bush did was a violation according to the governing body, what Caleb did is not.
Rules change. One day it was illegal to have weed in Denver, then the next it wasn't.
If you want to make an argument that improper benefits to players should never have been a thing feel free. However, based on what was going on then, it doesn't seem like every top 10 player was getting the benefits Bush was getting at the time, or if they were, they did a better job hiding it and not getting caught

Get what you are saying but it's a legit statement to say we have went crazy with NIL the legal way

$1K was a lot of money back in 2004.

How would you like to be this douche bags teammate? His OLine is probably bunked up in some small arse dorm room. Imagine being 6-6/320 and having to get in the top bunk. Seems like a great teammate to isolate yourself from the team.

Identify accurately "they" and then you can keep posting so we'll know you read the report (which most people didn't) and just assumed. Most lazy reporting in any College scandal.

Honestly, he looks pretty house poor to me. I know you can’t judge anything off of one pic but look around the room and tell me what you see. Besides a basic arse upholstered couch there is absolutely nothing else. There’s no curtains, no decorations, nothing. Even the bar top is devoid of anything. Even the floor looks cheap. Great view though!

what happened to the days when players didnt have enough change to eat out of the vending machines

I can’t even fathom how easy it would be to score as the USC starting QB, soon to be 1st overall pick, with that penthous
Easy to score, hard to find a normal down to earth girl though

Dude is still in college and lives in a penthouse, nice. Welcome to the new world that the NIL has created!

He’ll be a bust. He already has like ten million dollars. Will have no incentive to play in the league!

Well he is 22. At that age all I needed was a couch, a bed, a TV and an Xbox and I was good.

But it's the rules they say!

I totally get what you're saying but you are comparing now to almost 20 years ago.
It was more than $1k and a car. Bush received all kinds of disclosed and undisclosed benefits back then. He had huge memorabilia deals, cash advances and his parents got a free house in San Diego while he was at USC.
