UCF got 3 free points late in the game on a terrible shooting foul call. Also refs were very fair in that shot clock / Tacko put back play

The refs swallowed their whistle on Tacko more than once
The refs gave Reddish 4 fouls early in the second half, one of which was a clean block on a three

Yup. I wouldn't say that UCF "choked" but it was definitely theirs to win. Kind of reminded me of Saints / Rams without the huge penalty no call.
